Victory Recovery Homes

Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes (Rehab Homes) for men and women who have been affected by drugs, alcohol, gang involvement, prisons and other life controlling problems. The Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes are designed to establish lives in the Lord and restore the dignity, self respect, joy and life back to the individual.

G.I. :: Gang Intervention

G.I. is a dedicated team of ex-gang members, drug addicts and urban influenced men who have been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night they endeavor to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to many gang members & drug addicts.

Their mission is to fulfill what God has called our ministry to do, “Reaching Treasures Out Of Darkness!”

Juvenile Hall

Every month we have a team of faithful men & women who go into the Sylmar Juvenile Hall Detention Center. They reach these troubled youth with the message and plan of Jesus Christ. Tears and hope illuminate from the faces of those who hear the good news of Jesus.

At the chapel services we have up to 100 young boys and young girls who attend. We come in with the message of hope and purpose that comes with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. At each chapel service we see many young people give their lives to Christ.
